The short, plain-English version. The one-page agreement you sign says the same thing.

What you're buying
A monthly subscription. You can request any job on the menu that your plan covers. I work on one request at a time (two on Partner), in the order you set on our shared board.
If a request is bigger than its menu description, I'll tell you before I start and we'll split it.
Billing, pausing and cancelling
- Billed monthly in advance. I’m not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. If that changes, I’ll give you written notice before any invoice includes it.
- Pause or cancel by telling me before your next billing date. You're only ever committed to the current month.
- No refunds for the current month, because the time is reserved for you.
- Move up a plan any time and the extra capacity starts straight away; you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Move down and it takes effect from your next billing date.
- Payments, invoices and plan changes are handled through Stripe.
Who owns the work
You do. Once a month is paid, everything I made for you that month is yours: pages, copy, designs, emails, workflows and files. If you leave, I hand over anything that lives in my accounts.
Access
Invite me as a user on the tools I need. I don't ask for passwords. You can remove my access at any time.
Data
Where I handle personal data for you (for example in your CRM or email tool), I act as your processor under UK GDPR, only on your instructions. The agreement includes data processing terms. See the privacy notice for how I handle data on this website.
What I don't promise
Rankings, mentions in AI answers, a number of leads or sales. Results depend on many things, including your offer and follow-up. I promise to do the work well, report honestly and tell you what I'd change.
